Structural Diagnostic's focus is to ensure people get what they pay for when they own property.

We specialise in building defects and remedial construction in Commercial, Industrial and Strata properties across Australia and New Zealand. We have a unique relationship with some of Australia’s most prestigious universities, this provides access to state of the art product testing facilities and 3rd party experts who provide peer review on our advice. It provides us with perspective on how to best tackle a buildings defects.
